'A Cedar Key Christmas' Tree Lighting Ceremony: Nov. 25
‘A Cedar Key Christmas’ will kick off at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 25 with a tree lighting ceremony. Come watch the great Cedar Tree of Cedar Key light up for the holiday season, and sing some carols with your fellow neighbors. Hot cocoa, coffee, and treats will be available for a small donation to the Chamber.
Cedar Key Woman’s Club Fall Market: Nov 26
This annual event is a great outing on Thanksgiving weekend at the Woman’s Club building on SR24. Art, gifts, crafts, homemade baked goods and preserves, a snack bar, and several yard sale tables make shopping a great community outing! Vendors are welcome call 543-6837.
Dilly Dally Open House: Dec.6

Methodist Women Holiday Bazaar: Dec. 10
The Cedar Key Methodist Women will host their Holiday Bazaar Saturday, Dec. 10 at their church located on 4th and SR24. Baked goods, crafts, and cookie walk from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Lunch also available: choice of beef stew or chili for $10, kids 12 and under $6.
Refuge Hosts Holiday Lighthouse: Dec. 10
The Refuge is hosting a Holiday Lighthouse on Saturday Dec. 10th 10-3 on Seahorse Key. The tower won`t be open , but folks can come onto the island with cameras, picnic, etc and enjoy the history lessons with Toni Collins, Levy County Historian, and friends in period dress. History & heritage day for the holidays!
Lighted Boat Parade, Santa Clam, and Community Night in the Park: Dec. 17
Start the evening out by watching the boats of Cedar Key decorated and lit as they follow a water course around the back of Dock Street. When the parade ends at City Park, visit with Santa Clam and enjoy a community-wide potluck. Bring a covered dish if you can!
