State of Mind Vacation Rental is designed to accommodate both large family gatherings or small intimate groups. We rent the house out either as a one, two or three bedroom unit. If it’s just the two of you then the rates are lower. The rate increases with the number of guests who stay in the house.
The State of Mind is fully equipped with a complete kitchen and two baths. All linens are supplied. We have Dish Network and WiFi. Wheelchairs are welcome. We have complete wheelchair ramp accessibility. We are strictly a non smoking rental and we cannot allow pets. We are located on the quiet side of the Island on the residential Sturgis Circle.
