As a homeowner who has a property on Cedar Key, I will say that the customer service, communication, process and professionalism provided is the best hospitality company anywhere on the island! My wife and I are used to so called “property management “,companies with our portfolio of real estate we own in different states. McCormick management is what a management company should be. Anyone on the island that is dissatisfied with their current property management company should reach out to this organization. Adam, Katie and the staff they employ do exactly what they say they will do. The rental has been consistently good and with NO surprises. That’s a bonus for sure! So, I am glad to give a 5 star rating, as this is a genuine and welcome customer driven service company !
